We are now in a position to expand our team and we are looking for people who share our passion for culture to join our growing team to shape the future of the Forum. Working at World Cities Culture Forum, you will help cities around the world spread the benefits of culture and make a difference to countless lives. You will interact with policy makers and professionals from all corners of the globe and be part of a team shaping and attending WCCF events with high profile speakers, including Mayors, city chiefs and thought leaders.

As we are a newly independent organisation, based in London, our staff have a unique chance to shape the future of the Forum and how it operates and we are open to new ideas and ways of working.

Culture is at the heart of what we do, and our workplace culture is no different.

We value diversity – we will foster a culture where new ideas are celebrated and everyone has a say in how the organisation is run. As a small organisation we have a flat structure where everyone’s voice is heard. We are open to new ways of working and we regularly review how we could make things better: for our city partners, their residents, and, most importantly, our team. We don’t have all the answers yet, but you can join us and help build an organisation that puts our team members first.

At the core of our organisation is the value of collaboration with the aim to transform cities and challenge leaders to design innovative policy to create more prosperous and sustainable cities. We aim to model these values of collaboration, transformation and challenge in the way we work too.
